Legal Coordination

We work with the lawyers. You sign the papers.

What We Do

Making Sure the Paperwork Is Right

We're not a law firm. We don't draft contracts or give legal advice. What we do is coordinate between you, the seller, and the local legal teams to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

In Dubai, that means working with a RERA-registered conveyancer and coordinating with the Dubai Land Department. In London, it means managing the solicitor, surveyor, and mortgage broker, all on different timelines. In New York, co-op transactions involve board packages, financial statements, and reference letters that need to be formatted exactly right.

Every market has its own legal quirks. Dubai requires an NOC from the developer before transfer. London properties might have ground rent clauses buried in 99-page leases. Moscow requires notarized translations of foreign documents. We've seen all of it, and we make sure your legal team doesn't miss anything.

How It Works

We Manage the Process. You Stay Informed.

01Lawyer Selection

We connect you with vetted local lawyers who specialise in property transactions. Not a random referral, but firms we've worked with on previous deals.

02Document Preparation

We help gather and organise the documents you need: ID copies, proof of funds, power of attorney if required, and any market-specific paperwork. Everything formatted to local standards.

03Contract Review Coordination

We sit between you and the legal team. When the SPA comes back from the seller, we flag the key clauses, explain what they mean in plain English, and relay your questions to the lawyer.

04Transfer & Registration

We track the transfer process through the local land authority: DLD in Dubai, Land Registry in London, or the county clerk's office in NYC. You get updates at every stage.

Who This Is For

Buyers Who Don't Want Surprises at Closing

Foreign buyers unfamiliar with local law

You don't know the difference between a Memorandum of Understanding and a Sale and Purchase Agreement. You shouldn't have to. That's what we're here for.

Remote buyers

You can't be in Dubai for the transfer appointment. We attend with power of attorney, handle the DLD process, and send you the title deed.

Multi-market buyers

Buying in two cities simultaneously means two sets of lawyers, two sets of rules, and two closing timelines. We keep both on track.
